RESQ provides users with access to on-demand towing, breakdown response, and other roadside assistance services. We connect you with independent third-party service providers (“Operators”) who are responsible for carrying out the requested services. We do not provide the towing services directly.
To use RESQ, you must register for an account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we do not retain any information about your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
When you request a service via the RESQ app:
Service charges are displayed in the app before confirmation. You agree to pay all applicable fees using the in-app payment method. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. RESQ does not store or handle your payment card details. Prices may be subject to local taxes, fees, and surcharges. Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion or in accordance with our cancellation policy.
You may cancel a service request within a brief window without charge if payment has not been made. Dissatisfaction or disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer support via the app or at support@resqapp.com.

Operators are independent contractors, not employees or agents of RESQ. While we vet service providers for reliability, we are not liable for their conduct, performance, or damages resulting from services provided. If you have issues with a service provider, contact RESQ support so we can mediate or take further action.
RESQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or services provided. We are not responsible for delays, failure to deliver services, or damages caused by third-party Operators. In any event, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All content, trademarks, logos, and code associated with RESQ are the intellectual property of RESQ Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting support@resqapp.com. After account deletion, certain information may be retained for legal or operational purposes, such as records of past transactions or fraud prevention.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via the app or email. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
